Principal and CEO

Patrick is a Florida licensed and state-certified building contractor with a passion for his work and the experience and knowledge to make his visions a reality. For nearly three decades he has reconstructed, developed and built hundreds of residential and commercial properties throughout Connecticut and Florida. Patrick’s copious experience and his unique hands-on approach to all of his real estate endeavors make him a standout in his field. Patrick’s focus has always been on delivering the absolute finest quality product in the marketplace. He and his entire team are committed to ensuring their clients experience with Seaward is exceptional, from groundbreaking to move in.

Financial Strategy & Controls

David is an international business executive and an experienced private equity real estate strategist. David and his wife Linda have made Sarasota their principal residence for the past 15 years, where they enjoy supporting important local community initiatives through their Hargreaves Family Charitable Foundation.  A former chief financial officer and chief operating officer of a Fortune 500 public company.  David brings a wealth of strategic planning, financial, and executive management experience to the firm and has overseen numerous capital development projects during his 40 years of business experience.  Patrick and David stand by their personal commitment to deliver innovative real estate solutions with excellence, timeliness, and sustainability.  David enjoys the local Sarasota climate where he can train for world-class triathlon competitions.

Matt provides leadership for the overall organization including strategic planning, development, and operations.

Previous related experience includes Business Development, Executive Leadership, Client Advocacy, and Construction Management on some of the largest and most complex projects in Southwest Florida encompassing 5.5 million square feet and over $1.5 billion in construction value. Market sector experience includes Multi-Family Residential, Corporate Office, Healthcare, Education, Mixed-use, Cultural, and High-End Custom Homes.

Matt grew up in Sarasota County and graduated with a Construction Management degree from the University of Florida, with continuing education in Strategic Leadership and Real Estate Development from Columbia University and Cornell University.

Matt is on the Advisory Board for the USF Sarasota-Manatee Muma College of Business, and he and his wife Kaitlyn are founding Board Members of the local non-profit Bridge a Life, which provides awareness and support for foster and adoptive families.

Steven’s role with Seaward is multi-faceted, utilizing his creativity to collaborate and support team members in all areas of the business.

He leads our client engagement process assisting with project updates and selections to ensure that owner’s expectations are exceeded throughout the process of their new home. Creating a white glove service.

Steven also focuses on our acquisitions division, identifying one-of-a-kind commercial and single-family home properties for development.

Originally from England, Steven moved to the US for college before relocating down to Sarasota to join the Seaward Development team.

“Lido Love”…. Patrick DiPinto and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the buying process and afterwards.   They always have our best interest in mind and respond in a timely and comprehensive manner to any questions or concerns we expressed.

My situation was a little different as I already lived on Lido Key, but I was first introduced to Patrick via a relationship I had with the architect, Mark Sultana.  Mark has a tremendous reputation in Sarasota both with the community and with the Sarasota government; I.e. Building department.  As the architect and designer, to maintain that reputation requires integrity for getting the job done and those who associates himself with.

Additionally, I was told that Patrick had a partner (David Hargreaves) whereby they were ‘fully funded.”  To go through the process of design, permitting, determining the contractor, managing the building phase with inspections, funding is of the most important.

Patrick’s group did this impeccably.  There will always be bumps in the road, so to speak, but I am very pleased.  I have been in my condo for a year now, and they have been responsive to any of my needs.  The quality excellent and absolutely I would buy through Patrick again.

Happy 2017 Homeowner – My experience with our Park Residence of Lido Key process was very professional.  The builder and developer were always available to discuss any questions or changes. They tried very hard to please and make sure any problems were addressed ASAP. The finished product was more than we expected and the quality of the finishes and overall look of our Condo was beautiful. It was a good decision to have chosen this particular development.  We are very happy with the outcome and how we were treated.
